Merry Christmas everyone! I hope you are all enjoying the snow/sunshine around the world. We don't feel very Christmassy at all. It's bit like a NZ Christmas as we have new potatoes and cherries (luckily no brussel sprouts!) but for most people it's work as usual.
We've moved into our new apartment which is huge (so plenty of room for you all to come and stay) and it's starting to feel more like home. An advantage of Bangladesh is that you can get someone else to come and do the dirty work for you, so we didn't have to clean under the kitchen cupboards ourselves and the locksmith came the instant we needed him to fit a deadbolt. The disadvantage is that they don't really do the best job, so the deadbolt isn't quite lined up properly, and the cleaner is a bit half-hearted. But on the other hand it cost about 3 pounds for the locksmith and 1 pound for 3 hrs cleaning...
